My husband and I were looking for a home to rent for our family. Through divine intervention, we were led to Rocky. She was not just our Real Estate Agent looking for a house for us, she prayed with us that we would be led to our Home, the place where God would have us grow and be blessed as a family. When ever there were stumbling blocks or walls that would come against us she would encourage us and pray with us, and through prayer and guidance she helped us find our perfect Home. Lindsay and Rocky both worked very hard to help get myself and my three roommates a house to rent. We needed four bedrooms for four twenty-two year old guys, and two large dogs! It was no easy task. They stuck with us through several applications, and finally we were accepted to a four bedroom in a perfectly convenient location (two minutes from my job). After having finally been approved Lindsay and Rocky made sure we didn't lose our lease or give up when the listing Realtors lost our deposit! When we met Rocky we were looking for a place to rent. She took me to all the well known and some not so well known places. Rocky knew exactly what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time by showing us properties that were out of our budget or prefered area.
After some talking between my husband and I we decided to invest in a home of our own, rather than renting.
Rocky was a trooper. She was ALWAYS there to answer my questions, return phone calls, which was seldom since she always answered when I called. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. She actually showed us the house we eventually bought on Mothers Day. Buying a home for the first time can be very confusing and stressful. I don’t think we would have made it without her help and prayers.
She was with me every step of the way. At times when we wanted to just give up and say forget it, (darn finance companies), she helped us get back on track.
Always professional, prompt, patient, understanding and we think part psychic. She always seemed to know just what we were going to ask.
