Rocky Breon I was raised in the Houston area and attended Bellaire High School. At the young age of 16, I began to work in the family plumbing business and took over that business shortly after starting there and owned it for 18 years. I then moved into the mortgage business and worked three years at Mortgage Banking Services Direct. Prior to going into the residential/commercial real estate business, I was also in the management division of Dell Computers. Having been self-employed for most of my career, I bring a level of maturity, excitement, and experience that few agents have! Highly achieved in sales, I understand the importance of that client/agent relationship. I bring confidence and commitment into my business practice and have beneficial knowledge that I want share with all consumers. Knowing the principle of reciprocity, I want to make a difference in each transaction. I have been purchasing and selling real estate since 1978. I bought my first home at 18 and continued on and bought and sold 14 homes for personal use, three of them I built from the ground up. I’ve been in the Austin area all my life and graduated from Round Rock High School. From an early age I had been rooted in my family’s construction and rehab business for 6 years. Naturally I moved into the restoration business for 3 years - completing the first stages of restoration on properties with varying levels of flood & fire damages. I've been buying and selling real estate since 2001 and have had the honor to help many achieve their goals.
